Little Performers Guidance For Parents
Good Morning Nursery!
Below are some ideas for learning at home today. A reminder that you don't have to do all (or any) of these today. Maintaining a routine and a connection with school are the most important things!
Wake Up Song!
Miss Rachel and Miss Sarah will now be sharing two weekly music sessions with our Nursery children on this page. We will share repeated Wake Up songs because repetition and familiarity of favourite songs is what our youngest children love.
This week we are being...
This week we are going to explore the dramatic arts as Little Performers! Each day your teachers will show off their performance skills through music, dance, drama or all three at once! You might like to join in with your teacher’s learning. Or, you might prefer to follow your own artistic interests. Either way, it’s a week for you to explore your voice and your body on a stage of your choosing! At the end of the week you might like to take all of your new skills to put on a performance for your family at home! We can’t wait to see what you come up with on ILD!

Physical Development
Today’s game is called ‘The Chicken and the Wolf’. One person is the chicken and the other the wolf. The chicken must guard their eggs. The wolf will creep up and try to steal them. If the chicken catches the wolf, the wolf must freeze on one leg. I wonder if that big bad wolf will steal all the chicken’s eggs?
